The viewership numbers are in for the October 4 episode of WWE SmackDown.
According to Wrestlenomics (via Programming Insider), Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown averaged 1.518 million viewers, which is down just slightly from the September 27 episode, which saw 1.568 million people tune in for the show. Despite the lower numbers, Friday’s episode did see an uptick in rating in the 18-49 age demographic, scoring a 0.47 compared to a 0.45 rating two weeks ago.
Friday’s episode also came in second for the night in primetime, only trailing behind the Oregon and Michigan State college football game, which pulled in 2.8 million viewers on FOX.
The October 4 episode of WWE SmackDown was the go-home show for WWE Bad Blood. The show featured a Dumpster Match between Chelsea Green and Michin, as well as a three-way Ladder Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship, in which The Bloodline retained the titles.
