Braun Strowman Confirms He Tore His Groin Two Minutes Into Last Monster Standing Match

Braun Strowman has been sidelined with an injury.

On the September 30 episode of WWE RAW, Braun Strowman beat Bronson Reed in a Last Monster Standing Match. Seth Rollins returned and attacked Reed at the end of the bout. Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live then reported that Strowman had suffered a torn groin during the bout.

In a post on Instagram, Braun Strowman confirmed that he tore his groin. He noted that the injury occurred two minutes into the match.

“Even monsters bleed,” Braun Strowman wrote. “After waiting a few days to see how this was gonna end up. This is where we’re at!! Tore my Groin 2 minutes into the Last Monster Standing Match last week on #Raw and pained my way through that son of a bitch. To yet again [remind] the world I am The #MonsterOfAllMonsters.”

As of this writing, there is no word on how long Strowman will be sidelined.

WrestleZone wishes Braun Strowman well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
