Raquel Rodriguez is back, as she made her return at WWE Bad Blood.
At WWE Bad Blood, Liv Morgan defended the WWE Women’s World Championship against Rhea Ripley in a match where Dominik Mysterio was locked in a shark cage.
Ahead of the match, Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio were shown driving up on Dominik’s low rider. They drove into the arena.
Once the bell rang, Ripley and Morgan battled it out in a hard-fought match. Late in the contest, the door to Mysterio’s cage opened, and he was about to escape. He fell out of the cage, but he was caught by a chain. As a result, he was hanging by his ankle. Ripley then capitalized and hit him with a kendo stick. Raquel Rodriguez then made her return and blindsided Ripley. She continued to attack Ripley, and she dropped her with a powerbomb.
The referee called for the bell, so Morgan retained her title. Rodriguez then carried Morgan to the back.
Rodriguez and Liv Morgan previously held the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship twice. Raquel had been absent since the February 26 episode of WWE RAW, as she had been dealing with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome following her diagnosis.
