WWE is loading up the card for the October 7 episode of WWE RAW.
As announced on the September 30 episode, Jey Uso will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Xavier Woods. Kofi Kingston said that Uso agreed to give him a title shot, but he wanted Woods to have the opportunity instead. Woods beat WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio on Monday.
Plus, Sheamus will face Pete Dunne in a Good Ol Fashioned Donnybrook Match. The former Brawling Brutes stablemates have been feuding for the past several weeks, and they have traded wins.
As previously announced, Sami Zayn will challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
The updated card is as follows:
- WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs. Sami Zayn
- Good Ol Fashioned Donnybrook Match: Sheamus vs. Pete Dunne
- WWE Intercontinental Championship: Jey Uso vs. Pete Dunne
