Trick Williams On Outside Talent Crossing Over To NXT: I Consider It A Privilege

Over the past couple of years, there have been several wrestlers from the WWE main roster who have made an appearance on NXT. Stars such as John Cena, Cody Rhodes, and WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker have all appeared on the White and Gold Brand. This year, NXT and TNA Wrestling built a good partnership, and several stars from the Nashville-based promotion have competed on the Tuesday night show.

Recently, former NXT World Champion Trick Williams shared his thoughts on stars from different parts of the business making an appearance on NXT.

While speaking on The Ringer, Trick Williams shared that he considers it a privilege that other stars want to appear on NXT. He also gave a special shoutout to Joe Hendry.

“Oh man! Honestly, I consider it a privilege. I consider it an honor that so many people, no matter the locker room want to be here at NXT. That means that what we do is speaking for itself. People jumping from their own locker rooms so they can come here. That’s a compliment. They want to mix it with the Top Dog being Trick Williams. And all challenges are welcome.

“Shoutout to Joe Hendry. I feel like he did his thing for sure. Ethan Page, he’s an imposter. And he’s going to be exposed October 1st. But, yeah man, I consider it all a compliment. I am glad that we are doing so well,” Trick Williams said.
