Bron Breakker And Goldberg Attend Baylor vs. Colorado

Bron Breakker and Goldberg met up at Colorado vs. Baylor.

In a tweet, WWE shared a picture in which Goldberg and Bron Breakker could be seen pictured together at the college football game between Colorado and Baylor on September 21. Colorado ultimately emerged victorious, as they won 38-31.

Goldberg and Bron Breakker are both former football players. The WWE Hall of Famer previously played for the University of Georgia, and he was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in 1990. He continued to play football for a few years before injuries derailed his career. Goldberg’s son, Gage, now plays for Colorado.

Breakker played college football at Kennesaw State University. He spent time with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent, but he was released in 2020. Breakker then transitioned into wrestling.

Bron Breakker On Transitioning To Wrestling

In an interview with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard, Breakker looked back on the challenges he faced as a football player.

“The physical part from football to wrestling is a big change, you know what I am saying? Wrestling’s tough. Very, very tough,” Bron Breakker said. “I don’t think there’s anything I’ve had to overcome really being a legacy child. Just because it’s been that way my whole life in sports. So, nothing’s really changed. But sport itself is very — There’s similarities. But there’s also big differences. Physicality is a big difference.”

On the September 23 episode of WWE RAW, Bron Breakker will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Jey Uso.
