Adam Pearce just can’t catch a break.
This week’s episode of WWE Raw emanated from Portland, Oregon. The lineup was supposed to feature six matches. Unfortunately for WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce, one of those matches was derailed by the continued brawling between Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.
Instead of wrestling each as scheduled, Reed and Strowman forged a path of destruction through the ringside and backstage areas. This sequence included Reed hurling a “fan” at Strowman, who slammed Reed into a production case and a wall. Strowman also flipped over a golf cart. Additionally, Reed sent Strowman crashing through a table, to which Strowman responded by sending them both crashing through a dry wall.
Unamused by this chaos, Pearce has now fined both Strowman and Reed for damages to various backstage items as well as Pearce’s sanity. Additionally, Reed has been fined extra for utilizing a crowd member as a weapon.
“Bronson Reed has been fined a massive undisclosed amount for plucking an adult human male from the Portland audience and firing him at Braun Strowman,” Pearce wrote on X. “Both men have been fined an equal undisclosed amount for destroying walls, golf carts, production equipment, and my sanity.”
This isn’t the first time Reed has faced fines from Pearce in recent weeks. Last month, Reed viciously attacked Seth Rollins with a series of Tsunamis. This resulted in Rollins being sidelined with cracked ribs and internal bruising. As a result, Pearce hit Reed with a financial penalty. This penalty was later doubled when Reed proudly declared that his attack on Rollins was “worth it”
