CM Punk sent a heated message to Drew McIntyre on WWE RAW.
Drew McIntyre previously took CM Punk out with a vicious attack on the September 2 episode of WWE RAW. The following week, Adam Pearce announced that McIntyre would face Punk in a Hell in a Cell Match at WWE Bad Blood.
Punk came to the ring and sent a message to McIntyre on the September 16 episode of WWE RAW. He said that he had a lot more matches left in him than people thought. Punk stated that the only way to end this with McIntyre would be inside Hell in a Cell. He said that he might have been naive to think that it was over when he beat McIntyre at WWE Bash in Berlin. Punk noted that maybe it should have ended when McIntyre put him back in the hospital.
CM Punk On Why He’s Facing Drew McIntyre
He said that he was just too stubborn, and McIntyre’s fatal mistake was not getting the job done. Punk then stated that he did not have any Hell in the Cell matches left in him. He said his little sister and his wife asked him not to do this, but he was going to do it.
Punk explained that he told McIntyre that he could become the devil if he was pushed hard enough, and that’s exactly what has happened. He said that he could not promise he would kill McIntyre, but he did promise to make McIntyre bleed. Punk said that McIntyre would have to kill him because he was prepared to die. He said that if this was the end, so be it. Punk said that he was ready for this to be the end of CM Punk, and if McIntyre was ready for this to be the end of him, he would see him in hell.
