Bianca Belair: Another WWE Women’s Title Would Create More Opportunities

Bianca Belair shares her thoughts on WWE potentially adding another singles title to the women’s division.

Speaking with Tim Battle and Eli on the Battleground Podcast, Bianca Belair was asked whether she thought that WWE should introduce a women’s mid-card title.

“I’ve been hearing rumblings too about it, just online and stuff. I think it would be great, I think that we’re at a point in time where our roster is so stacked,” Bianca Belair said. “Before, you had a few that were at the very, very top, and they were out there every single show and having all the matches.

“You’d look at WrestleMania a couple months before, you know this person’s gonna be in ‘Mania, this person’s gonna be in ‘Mania, this person’s gonna be in ‘Mania. I feel like our roster’s at a time where you don’t know who’s gonna be at ‘Mania, and everybody is trying to fight for a spot on the card. Somebody who you would expect to be on ‘Mania might be left off this year.”

Bianca Belair: Another Title Would Highlight WWE Women’s Division

Belair continued by stating that the women’s division was stacked. She shared her belief that another title would highlight the talent of the division.

“Our roster’s so stacked, and I just feel like another title would really highlight the true talent of our division,” Bianca Belair said. There’s so many women that could get that opportunity, and they could really highlight their talents. There are so many women that are in NXT that are eventually gonna get called up, so I think it’d be really cool to have another title. It just gives more opportunities for more women on the card.”

Belair is set to appear on the September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown. WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs.
