The September 11 episode of AEW Dynamite was headlined by a Tag Team Casino Gauntlet match. The winners of the match would earn a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship at Grand Slam.
FTR and AEW International Champion Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher started the match. The Righteous, Undisputed Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett), The Acclaimed, MxM Collection, Top Flight, The Outrunners, and the Grizzled Young Veterans also competed in the match.
In the end, Ospreay and Fletcher scored the win by pinning Dante Martin after a Hidden Blade. As a result, they will challenge the Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championship at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.
