Update: In a post to social media, Ali confirmed he was at All Out. He called his visit a “campaign stop.” In a video, he shared highlights of the stop and showed himself taking photos with fans outside of the arena.
Original Story: Mustafa Ali is on hand at AEW All Out, although he’s just visiting.
According to a new report from Fightful‘s Sean Ross Sapp, Ali is backstage at All Out. Sapp writes that Ali was simply there as a visitor. Ali lives in the area, as he is from Chicago.
The move comes just a month after Ali seemingly announced that he would no longer be wrestling in TNA. Ali is perhaps best known for his time in WWE, where he spent seven years as a superstar.
WWE released Mustafa Ali in 2023. Following his release, he subsequently began appearing for other companies, including New Japan Pro-Wrestling and TNA. There is currently no indicator at the moment where Ali might pop up next. The former X-Division Champion appeared for New Japan Pro-Wrestling multiple times this year.
