Drew McIntyre and CM Punk have spent the better part of the summer feuding over a friendship bracelet.
WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre was a recent guest on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet. When asked about the CM Punk friendship bracelet that was recently torn apart by McIntyre and shoved into Punk’s mouth, McIntyre said the bracelet might be one of the top prizes in wrestling right now.
“I’ve seen some of the memes about it being more meaningful, or people have more of an emotional attachment right now than some of the titles, which may technically be true right now,” Drew McIntyre admitted. “But eventually, the titles will kick up their gear in the storylines, et cetera. But I’m gonna be so bold as to say this right now as perhaps the top prize in all of wrestling.”
With the friendship bracelet destroyed, McIntyre and Punk will have to find something new to feud over as we head into WWE Bad Blood next month.
