FTR issues a challenge for AEW Collision.
The Grizzled Young Veterans made a statement in their return to AEW at AEW All In. There, they attacked FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) and stared down the reigning tag team champions, the Young Bucks. Since then, the Grizzled Young Veterans have continued to target FTR.
On the September 6 episode of AEW Collision, the Grizzled Young Veterans beat the Iron Savages. After the match, FTR came out and brawled with the newcomers. In a backstage interview, Harwood and Wheeler challenged Grizzled Young Veterans to face them on the September 14 episode of AEW Collision.
FTR are former AEW and ROH World Tag Team Champions. They have also held titles in WWE, AAA, and NJPW. The Grizzled Young Veterans are former NXT UK Tag Team Champions and RevPro Undisputed British Tag Team Champions, among other accolades.
