Report: Details On ‘Mr. McMahon’ Netflix Docuseries

A new report provides more details on ‘Mr. McMahon’, the upcoming Netflix docuseries about the former WWE chairman.

Brandon Thurston of POST Wrestling reports that, per a source who had early access to the six-episode series, the show notes that most of the interviews took place before Vince McMahon initially resigned from WWE in 2022. This would mean it came before Janel Grant’s lawsuit.

Wall Street Journal reporters Joe Palazzolo and Ted Mann, who broke the news about Vince McMahon’s alleged sexual misconduct, speak in the first episode. They speak in the final chapter as well.

The series is said to be a “linear history” of McMahon’s life and career, including the wise of the WWF. Hulkamania, WrestleMania, and the scandals WWF faced in the 1990s are also covered, including the steroid trial and the “ring boy” scandals. Sexual harassment allegations and Rita Chatterton’s accusation that Vince McMahon raped her are also covered.
