AEW Collision Viewership Falls To New Low, Excluding Preemptions, Against College Football On 8/31

AEW Collision viewership dropped on August 31.

Wrestlenomics reports that 289,000 viewers tuned into AEW Collision on Saturday, and the show drew a 0.10 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. These numbers are down from last week, when Collision drew 442,000 viewers and a a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demographic. The demographic rating marks the lowest in Collision’s history, excluding preemptions.

AEW Collision was up against a full slate of college football games, as the season began this past week. Collision ranked #19 in the demographic on cable.

The August 31 episode of Collision kicked off with Hologram, Kyle O’Reilly and Orange Cassidy facing Lee Moriarty, The Beast Mortos, and Johnny TV. Elsewhere on the show, FTR faced Undisputed Kingdom, and Kyle Fletcher battled Tomohiro Ishii. In the main event, Hikaru Shida faced Queen Aminata, Serena Deeb, and Thunder Rosa

Collision will go head-to-head with WWE SmackDown on September 6 due to AEW All Out on September 7.
