Nikki Garcia Was ‘In Awe’ Watching Mariah May vs. Toni Storm At AEW All In

Nikki Garcia (Nikki Bella) says the match between Mariah May and Toni Storm at AEW All In was incredible.

Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, discussed the pay-per-view on the latest episode of The Nikki & Brie Show. She made it clear that she was particularly impressed by May and Storm. (H/t Andrew Thompson of POST Wrestling for the transcription)

“Toni Storm and Mariah May, there is a women’s match to watch if you’re not a wrestling fan but maybe you’re like, oh, I wanna watch something,” she said. “Their match from AEW All In was so incredible. The storytelling, the moves. I was just in awe of those women. It was just so incredible…”

Mariah May On Beating Toni Storm

At the AEW All In post-show media scrum, Mariah May read a “eulogy” for Toni Storm’s career.

“Toni Storm’s career is dead,” Mariah May said. “Today, August 25, 2024, at 6:48 PM, Toni Storm’s career passed away in a pile of blood, spit, and embarrassment. She died of natural causes because I am naturally better than her in every way. She is survived by her bumbling, bald butler Ben Mankiewicz and anyone who pretends to love old movies because they cannot deal with their own pathetic realities. There will be no funeral service. A donation can be made in her name at ShopAEW.com/MariahMay.

“Toni, thanks for everything, you stupid, washed-up twat. May you rest in peace, and rot in hell. In other news, a star was born today. Her name is ‘The Glamour’ Mariah May. She is your AEW Women’s World Champion, and at the tender age of 26, she has the wrestling world by the balls. AEW is officially all about Mariah.”

May is set to hold a championship celebration on the August 28 episode of AEW Dynamite. WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs.
