Brock Anderson Reflects On Attending SummerSlam 2024, Says Current Vibe Is ‘Night And Day’

Brock Anderson reflects on attending the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Anderson, son of the legendary Arn Anderson, got his start in the wrestling business with AEW. His contract with the promotion came to an end last year, and he is currently wrestling in Major League Wrestling along with ECW veteran CW Anderson.

Prior to his MLW debut, Brock was spotted in a backstage photo taken at WWE SummerSlam with his father and Triple H.

During a recent interview with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard, Brock Anderson reflected on his experience being present at SummerSlam. Anderson mentioned that the experience was enjoyable, although he pointed out that his father had a stressful job when he worked there as an agent.

“Well, my God! Yeah. It’s a whole another level. I mean that was SummerSlam so their second biggest show of the year. They brought out all the bells and whistles and it was night and day,” Anderson explained. “I haven’t worked there, but I did live in a home with somebody who worked there for 18 years. And just his gripes about one particular person were always noted. It was to the point where I thought my dad was going to have a heart attack, like I thought this job was going to kill him.”

Brock said the current atmosphere was “night and day” compared to what he was used to.

“So, being there with him backstage, seeing the vibe backstage, night and day. Night and day. Just more relaxed, more even… I think everybody’s working for a more common good than it was probably five years ago, more cutthroat [then]. Sharks in the water, timid atmosphere. So, in that sense it was very enjoyable to be there for Summerslam weekend,” Brock Anderson said.
