Baron Corbin shares something about Apollo Crews that the fans may not know.
The pair has been teaming up in recent weeks, first joining forces in July. Their most recent TV appearance was a tag team gauntlet on Smackdown in July, won by the Bloodline.
The two WWE Superstars have continued to wrestle together in dark matches, and have clearly grown closer over the months. So much so that Baron Corbin was tasked with telling the fans something they don’t know about Apollo Crews.
Baron Corbin spoke with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda WrestleBinge. He was asked to reveal something that nobody knew about Apollo Crews.
The former Money in the Bank winner revealed that as well as raising a family and being a WWE Superstar, Crews is also studying for his master’s degree in physical science.
“I don’t think anybody knows that he’s actually going to school right now and getting his master’s degree. I think it’s in Physical Science—Diet, Exercise. He’s an extremely smart guy. So now, to balance not only a wife and kids with the WWE travel lifestyle, he’s also getting a master’s degree.”
Baron Corbin also revealed that he has two daughters. He notes one of them is going to be a future WWE Superstar, and is already throwing dropkicks at home.
“It’s tough because I put a lot of it on social media, whether it be the cooking, the Jiu-Jitsu, or whatever, but it’s funny—a lot of people never realize I have kids. I think that’s something people don’t know about me. I have two daughters. One of them is five, and she’s absolutely going to be a WWE Superstar because she’s out of her mind. She’s already throwing dropkicks off the couch!”
