Jade Cargill wants the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship to be consistently defended at premium live events.
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair have joined forces on WWE SmackDown. The duo won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship but lost the gold at WWE Clash at the Castle.
Speaking with Alistair McGeorge of Metro, Jade Cargill commented on the women’s tag team division and noted that she wanted fans to demand more focus on it.
“It’s a big deal. You know, one of our goals is to consistently have this belt on [premium live events],” she said. “So, we want people, we want the fans, to demand it, because we’re out here having these phenomenal matches.
“We have Bianca, we have myself, and we’re so used to being solo artists. And being able to work with her and to bring it together and have these matches, they should be demanding to want to see that.”
Jade Cargill On Bianca Belair
In a recent interview with Scott Fishman for TV Insider, Cargill commented on teaming with Bianca Belair. She called it an “honor and a pleasure.”
“It has been great because she has been at the top of the echelon.” Jade Cargill said. “First of all, working with her has been an honor and pleasure. Just to be able to really mesh ideas and figure out what works and what doesn’t. If I’m having a hard time, what do you do when you have the hard days?”
WrestleZone will have coverage of WWE SmackDown as it airs on Friday.
