A top international star is expected to compete at AEW All In, with some sources claiming that he is close to signing with the company, according to a new report.
Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that RevPro star Michael Oku and Amira are expected to work AEW‘s taping in Cardiff on August 21, as well as AEW All In. Brennan writes that RevPro sources claim that both are “close to signing with AEW”, and they are expected to soon.
The report notes that no deal has been signed, and AEW sources would not confirm it. However, these sources said that they would not be surprised to see the duo work the UK shows. Furthermore, RevPro sources expressed their hope that Oku would be signed with AEW.
In an interview with Stephanie Chase, Oku recently confirmed that he has had contact with AEW about possibilities in the future.
Oku is one of RevPro’s top stars. He previously faced Will Ospreay earlier in 2024. At RevPro Summer Sizzler, Oku challenged MJF for the AEW American Championship.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
