Bron Breakker is confident that 2024 will be the year of his ascension.
Former NXT Champion Bron Breakker has risen to the forefront of WWE RAW, and his hot streak continued at WWE SummerSlam. There, the powerhouse beat Sami Zayn to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
Speaking with Matty Paddock of talkSPORT, Bron Breakker was asked whether 2024 would be his year.
“I think I have a lot of work to do,” he said. “I have a lot of people’s respect to gain, in the locker room and stuff as well.”
However, Breakker also expressed his confidence. He stated that he thought 2024 would be the year of his rise to becoming a main player.
“It’s still early,” he said. “I think this is the year of my ascension or rise to becoming a main player, but we’ll see.”
Bron Breakker On His Main Roster Run
Breakker also commented on his run on the main roster so far. He stated that it was off to a great start, and he had to keep going.
“It has been great,” he said. “I have enjoyed the process of being part of Raw, and had a little run at SmackDown as well, so I have been on both brands.
“It has been a great start, and I just have to keep going, stacking dates and keep working.”
