Rhea Ripley will kick off the August 12 episode of WWE RAW, and Randy Orton is also set to appear on the show.
During the August 9 episode of WWE SmackDown, WWE announced that Randy Orton would appear on Monday’s episode of RAW. This comes after he appeared on the August 5 episode of WWE RAW and confronted World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. WWE confirmed that Orton would challenge Gunther for the title at the premium live event.
Additionally, WWE announced that Rhea Ripley would kick off the show. Ripley challenged Liv Morgan for the WWE Women’s Championship at WWE SummerSlam, but she lost the match after Dominik Mysterio turned on her. On the August 5 episode of WWE RAW, Ripley made the save when the new Judgment Day attacked Damian Priest.
