Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis made a deal to get A-Town Down Under on the August 5 episode of WWE RAW.
In a tweet, Adam Pearce hyped up the August 5 episode of WWE RAW. He announced that the first hour would be commercial-free. Pearce also stated that he made a deal with SmackDown’s Nick Aldis, and “part of that” would include Austin Theory and Grayson Waller competing on the show.
Waller and Theory were involved in a confrontation with The Miz and R-Truth at WWE SummerSlam. Jelly Roll made the save when things got physical. He then chokeslammed Theory. Jelly Roll, Miz, and Truth then hit the Five-Knuckle Shuffle.
Given that the deal allowed Pearce to have Theory and Waller on RAW, it’s fair to assume that a RAW superstar may make an appearance on WWE SmackDown to even the trade.
