Pat McAfee will be part of ESPN’s “College GameDay” for the 2024 season.
McAfee had not signed a contract to return to the show after he was a part of it in 2022 and 2023. With the beginning of the new season rapidly approaching, his status was unclear. But on the July 24th episode of The Pat McAfee Show, he announced that he would officially be returning to the program.
When Pat McAfee first joined “College GameDay”, he stepped away from WWE. He made a few one-off appearances and rejoined the company when he became part of the WWE RAW commentary team in January 2024. As of this writing, there is no word on what impact, if any, his return will have on his WWE duties.
