Pro Wrestling Noah’s Naomichi Marufuji will be in attendance at WWE’s SummerSlam, where he’ll appear as a guest, the company announced.
In a recent post on social media, the company revealed that Marufuji will be at SummerSlam, but didn’t provide any information on what the star will be doing there. Marufuji did just face off against AJ Styles at NOAH Destination this month, but it’s unclear as of now if Marufuji will be taking part in any action or simply on hand to watch one of WWE’s biggest events.
Marufuji is one of the biggest stars in Japan, and is currently signed to Pro Wrestling Noah, where he also acts as Vice President of the company. Marufuji has also appeared across a variety of other wrestling promotions, including New Japan Pro-Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and IMPACT Wrestling.
