On July 19, WWE taped next week’s episode of SmackDown at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska. These matches will air on next week’s show.

WWE SmackDown results for July 16 (taped on July 19):
- LA Knight defeated Santos Escobar
- Logan Paul attacked Knight after the match.
- A-Town Down Under had an in-ring promo with professional boxer Terence Crawford. Crawford knocked out Theory during the segment.
- Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax defeated WWE Women’s Champion Bayley and Michin
- The Bloodline (Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa) won a gauntlet match against The OC, The Street Profits, Legado Del Fantasma, Baron Corbin & Apollo Crews, and Pretty Deadly. They are now the number one contenders for DIY’s WWE Tag Team Titles.
This episode was taped last night due to WWE‘s tour of Japan scheduled for next weekend.
