Post-show results

Following the show, the three new champions of Marigold spoke to the backstage press to share their thoughts on their respective victories. The inaugural Marigold World Champion Sareee expressed how meaningful her battle with Giulia was saying that it was something only those who compete can fully understand. Sareee heavily targeted Giulia’s surgically repaired wrist throughout the match. Seeing as though Giulia refused to submit, the referee declared Sareee the winner to prevent further injury to Giulia’s hand. With this win, Sareee now holds the Marigold World Championship and the SEAdLINNNG Beyond The Sea Singles Title.

Meanwhile, newly crowned United National Champion Miku Aono went through two tough consecutive battles to capture her title. Her first win over MIRAI earned her the spot against Bozilla for the title, a match that she later on won as well by a surprise roll-up. Backstage, she said that she underestimated the wall she had to climb to win the title. Regardless, Miku Aono reiterated her fighting spirit and refusal to lose.

As for the new Super Fly Champion Natsumi Showzuki, she mentioned how this was her first victory in the Ryōgoku Kokugikan in eleven years. Natsumi previously vacated the AWG Single Championship back in March to join Marigold.
