Tyler Bate is set to be sidelined for a while after he underwent surgery.
On the July 8 episode of WWE RAW, Michael Cole announced that Tyler Bate suffered an injury on the July 2 episode of WWE NXT, and he would be out of action for some time.
In a post on Instagram, Tyler Bate commented on his injury. He wrote that he tore his left pectoral major and tendon off the bone. He stated that he had surgery, and he’ll be gone for “some time” while he recovered. Bate noted that he was in good spirits, and he was looking forward to seeing everyone soon.
“Tore my left pectoral major & tendon off the bone last week at NXT,” Bate wrote. “Surgery yesterday was successful and all has been put back where it belongs. I’ll be gone for some time while I recover, try not to miss me too much. I’m in good spirits and looking forward to seeing you all again soon, lots of love.”
