Tony D’Angelo will defend the Heritage Cup on the July 9th episode of WWE NXT.
As confirmed during NXT Heatwave, Lexis King will challenge Tony D’Angelo for the Heritage Cup on Tuesday. King targeted D’Angelo in a promo, and “The Don of NXT” accepted the challenge.
WWE also announced that Wes Lee will address his future, as he said that he was not sure what was next following his loss against Oba Femi at NXT Heatwave.
Two tag team matches have also been announced. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will face OTM, and Gallus will clash with Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe.
Finally, Arianna Grace and Karmen Petrovic will face off in a singles match after they teamed up and beat Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx at NXT Heatwave.
