A new report provides an update on Giulia‘s looming WWE debut.
STARDOM star Giulia reportedly signed with WWE over WrestleMania weekend. However, she was set to wrap up her commitments in Japan before she fully joined the company. Specifically, she was slated to work some Marigold events as the company launched. Giulia has been rumored for NXT Heatwave. But when she fractured her wrist at the Marigold Fields Forever event, her future became unclear.
Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that, per sources in NXT and Marigold, Giulia will not be at NXT Heatwave on July 6. Instead, she will be on the road with Marigold. Per Brennan, there is no word on whether Giulia will appear at NXT Heatwave in a video or otherwise.
Brennan also writes that Giulia is expected to feature at the next NXT premium live event, which could potentially be on SummerSlam weekend. The report cites NXT sources who made it clear that they want her on-screen as soon as possible, but she has Marigold commitments to wrap up first.
Furthermore, Giulia is expected to be cleared in time for her match against Sareee at Marigold Summer Destiny.
