Sidney Akeem, formerly known as Reginald or SCRYPTS, thinks Ricochet is the greatest high-flyer ever.
Before his time in WWE, Akeem performed for Cirque du Soleil. With this athletic background, he often impressed fans with his flips during his WWE run.
Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm, Sidney Akeem was asked to name the most athletic people in WWE history, and he highlighted Ricochet, who recently entered free agency.
“All time? You can’t have a list without putting Rey [Mysterio] in there,” he said. “Ricochet is in there. I don’t care, any era, Ricochet is by far I think the greatest high-flyer ever. Lot of people. You have Rey, you have RVD, you have Shelton [Benjamin], Eddie [Guerrero] was pretty dope as well. Chris Jericho. Also big fans of Lucha House Party, all those guys.”
Sidney Akeem On Potentially Facing Ricochet
When asked about about potently facing Ricochet, indey Akeem expressed his interest and described how Ricochet was an inspiration for him.
“If that happens, that would be pretty dope,” he said. “I haven’t spoken to him since all of this, this rumor has come out. I don’t know what’s happening. But we started to have a little match in WWE, and it got taken away super fast with the 24/7 stuff, but I would love to tangle with that man because he’s been a huge inspiration of mine before even coming here.
“I used to watch his matches at Cirque du Soleil, doing my makeup before a show. I’m like, yo, look at this, this dude, he’s crazy. He’s just doing all this stuff.’”
