Following the loss from her AEW in-ring debut, STARDOM‘s Momo Watanabe had some strong words for her opponent Tam Nakano.
At the Zero Hour for AEW Forbidden Door, Momo Watanabe teamed up with Kris Statlander against the duo of Willow Nightingale and Tam Nakano. Despite their efforts, they came up short after Tam delivered her signature Twilight Dream maneuver to secure the pinfall victory over Momo.
After the match, Momo went to the backstage area to share her thoughts on her AEW debut. “Hey, first time at AEW, what a shame, dude. Tam Nakano, you were able to take one, two, three from me thanks to the power of that monster called Willow Nightingale. That’s all. Well, now that we’ve had a conversation, you’re with me on the same 5 STAR block, right? Fine, I’ll give it back to you there. Remember that, you bastard,” she says.
As mentioned, Momo and Tam are in the Red Stars B block for this year’s 5 Star Grand Prix Tournament. Thus, Momo promised to hand the loss back to Tam upon their eventual singles encounter during the tournament.
