Jay White advances to the next round.
On the June 26 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jay White faced Rey Fenix in a quarterfinal match in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Early on, the referee rejected everyone from ringside, so White and Fenix were left on their own.
The two stars battled back and forth in a hard-fought contest. In the end, Jay White scored the win with the Bladerunner.
With the win, White advances to the semifinals. There, he will face the winner of the match between Jeff Jarrett and the wild card entrant, which will be held on the July 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.
