Seth Rollins comments on his return to WWE RAW.
Seth Rollins had been absent since the second night of WWE WrestleMania 40, as he underwent surgery. He made his surprise return on the June 17 episode of WWE RAW. World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest interrupted him and challenged him to a match at WWE Money in the Bank.
Speaking with ComicBook Nation host Matt Aguilar, Seth Rollins was asked about the timetable for his return and how much fluctuation there was.
“Little fluctuation. I had a few weeks’ notice,” Seth Rollins said. “We kind of looked at the timeline of the injury and looked at the stories and where I fell back into place. You never really know, you never know how things are gonna go. But the top of the card here on RAW is pretty stacked, you got guys like Damian Priest. You got Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, whatever. You’ve got Gunther waiting in the rings as well, Rey Mysterio, Judgment Day. S
“So it’s stacked, so it was very interesting to see where I could slide in, but yeah, the time felt right. It was ripe for the picking, man. Damian Priest needed a challenger, so I hopped right in.”

Seth Rollins and Damian Priest also had a segment on the June 24 episode of WWE RAW.
