2 Cold Scorpio Arrested After Stabbing A Man At Gas Station, Claims Self-Defense

2 Cold Scorpio was arrested after his role in a stabbing incident at a Kansas City truck stop.

According to TMZ, 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) was arrested on June 15 after he violently stabbed a man. The incident took place at a Love’s Travel Stop in Kansas City, MO. Scaggs claimed he was working as a security guard and saw a man light his cigarette inside the building.

The incident escalated after the man, who told TMZ he did not light up in the store, allegedly got upset with Scaggs and said, “F you the f*** you gonna do?” Scaggs told authorities the man threatened him and tried to grapple with him outside, and he then pulled a knife out of his pocket and stabbed the man in self-defense. Scaggs claimed the altercation continued, and he stabbed the man a few more times until they were separated.

The stabbing victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Local police say he was found bleeding from his head, chest, buttocks, legs and abdomen. The man was also in and out of consciousness while being transported to the hospital.

Scaggs, who was also known as Flash Funk during his in-ring career, was charged with two felonies. He was charged with one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action. Scaggs bonded out of jail and pleaded not guilty, and is due back in court next month.
