The Owen Hart Foundation Cup Women’s Tournament is underway.
On the June 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, former TBS Champion Kris Statlander faced Nyla Rose. The two powerhouses battled it out, and in the end, Statlander scored the win with a Tombstone.
After the match, Stokely Hathaway was about to hype up Statlander’s win. Willow Nightingale interrupted and made it clear that she intended to get revenge by beating Statlander in the semifinals. Nightinale will face Serena Deeb in the quarterfinals, and she would face Statlander in the next round if she won.
AEW also revealed the full bracket for the tournament on Wednesday. The winner will earn a world title shot at AEW All In.
