The Hardy Boyz are back in TNA, and a new report provides an update on the situation.
Matt Hardy returned to TNA in April after his AEW departure. Jeff Hardy joined him with his own return at TNA Against All Odds after his AEW deal expired.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that both Matt and Jeff Hardy are still free agents, and they are working in TNA without contracts. Per Sapp, Matt Hardy’s original agreement was set to be a short-term deal, but additional dates and plans have been added to it.
The report notes that there is no word of continued extended talks between The Hardys and AEW. However, the door seems open for the two sides to work together in the future.
Both Hardys have had multiple stints in TNA over the years. Before Matt’s return in April, they last worked for the company in 2017, prior to their WWE return.
