Bron Breakker took Ricochet out on WWE RAW, possibly for good.
On the June 10 episode of WWE RAW, Bron Breakker defeated Ilja Dragunov in a hard-fought match. Breakker went to attack Dragunov after the bout, but Ricochet made the save.
Later in the show, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion was helping Dragunov walk backstage. Breakker blindsided Dragunov, and Ricochet again tried to fight him off. This time, Breakker overpowered his foe. He borrowed a page from Kevin Nash’s book and launched Ricochet into a nearby truck.
Breakkrt punctuated the beatdown by slamming Ricochet off some stairs and onto the windshield of a car. Officials arrived on the scene and called for medical.
After a commercial break, Ricochet was loaded onto a stretcher and into an ambulance. His fiancée, RAW ring announcer Samantha Irvin, was shown getting into the ambulance with him.
The attack came after PWInsider reported that Ricochet gave WWE his notice of his intention to leave the company when his contract expires this summer. His final appearance was set to be Monday’s episode of WWE RAW.
