AEW Dynamite Viewership Increases On 6/5, Demo Also Rises

AEW Dynamite saw an increase in viewership on June 5.

According to Wrestlenomics, 790,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, drawing a 0.28 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is slightly up from last week’s episode, when 787,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also rose from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.25 rating in the same demographic.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with the Dynamite return of MJF. It was eventually interrupted by RUSH, and the two men had a pull-apart brawl.

Rey Fenix won a four-way match over Jay Lethal, Kyle O’Reilly, and Orange Cassidy to earn a shot at International Champion Will Ospreay next week.

Saraya was also in action, defeating Mariah May. Following the match, Saraya and Harley Cameron attacked Toni Storm and May, which led to Mina Shirakawa making the save.

The main event saw Swerve Strickland defeat Roderick Strong to retain the AEW World Championship.
