Missy Hyatt Says She Dated Jim Ross For A Couple Of Years: ‘He Rocked My World’

Missy Hyatt has claimed she was in a relationship with Jim Ross.

In news that nobody expected (or asked for), the Hyatt revealed the recent details of her relationship with Ross. Missy Hyatt hasn’t been regularly featured in a major promotion since ECW in 1996, although she did wrestle a match in Impact Wrestling in 2021, alongside Brian Myers.

However, it seems that the former valet was kept busy during that inactive period by one of the greatest commentators of all time.

Missy Hyatt recently appeared on Rene Dupree’s Cafe De Rene podcast, and was asked about JR. The WCW and WWE legend spoke about how she dated Jim Ross “for a couple of years” following the death of his wife in 2017.

She also revealed that “I’ve rocked his world” and that “he’s rocked my world”, which is something I could have gone my entire life not knowing, very happily.

“Honestly, me and Jim dated for a couple of years. About two years after his wife passed away, we dated for about two years. So, yeah, I’ve rocked his world, and he’s rocked my world. He doesn’t need nothing. Jim needs nothing!”

Jim Ross Thinks Bryan Danielson Would Be A Good Head Of Talent Relations

Jim Ross thinks that Bryan Danielson would be a great fit to be the head of talent relations in AEW.

J.R. was a special guest on the Busted Open Radio podcast. Bully Ray asked him who would be the perfect git for the role, to which the WWE Hall of Famer explained why The American Dragon would be his pick for the job.

“Bryan Danielson would do great. He’s got… He’s level-headed, he’s cerebral, student of the game. I love the guy. And he’s a hell of a worker. And he has a great communication skill base. So, he would be a guy that I would certainly consider in that role,” Jim Ross said.

Danielson has already been working in a backstage capacity for AEW, so it would not be a stretch to move into this new role in the future. However, him retiring from full-time wrestling could stop him.
