MLW World Title Match Announced For MLW Battle Riot VI

A new title match has been announced for MLW Battle Riot VI.

Major League Wrestling has confirmed that Tom Lawlor will challenge Satoshi Kojima for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship at the June 1 event. Lawlor, a former champion, will aim to regain the gold in what will be the latest step in Kojima’s feud with the World Titan Federation.

Kojima won the gold by beating Alex Kane at MLW SuperFight on February 2. He recently defended the title against 1 Called Manders at MLW Fury Road. Kojima is also one-half of the reigning MLW World Tag Team Champions with Okumura.
