After a devastating loss, IWGP Women’s Champion Mayu Iwatani asked Tsukasa Fujimoto to face her for her title. Fujimoto accepted the challenge but invited Iwatani to “her ring,” potentially hinting at the IWGP Women’s Title match being contested in an Ice Ribbon ring sometime in the future. Fujimoto saw unfairness in major title matches that were always scheduled for STARDOM events during her post-match interview. “It’s not fair for us to step into the Stardom ring every time, so if you [Mayu Iwatani] really want to do it [IWGP Women’s Title match], then come to us next time,” she says.
- AEW TBS Championship: Willow Nightingale (c) def. Tam Nakano
During Tam‘s post-match interview, she expressed disappointment in failing to capture the AEW TBS Title as she saw it as an opportunity to compete overseas again. Nakano also name-dropped Mercedes Moné, saying that she wanted to win the TBS belt to defend against Mercedes at AEW Double or Nothing.
