WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn performed at the Netflix Is A Joke comedy special on May 11. In a post on Twitter, he said that it was an absolute blast. Zayn noted that he would post more about it soon. Zayn also shared a clip of Johny Knoxville showing up during his performance. He called Knoxville a “deranged stalker freak” and claimed he tried to ruin the show.
Zayn and Knoxville memorably feuded in 2022 and clashed in an unforgettable match at WWE WrestleMania 38. Knoxville emerged victorious, and he has since teased his interest in a rematch.

Sami Zayn previously commented on his rivalry with Johnny Knoxville. In August 2023, Zayn discussed their feud and the match during an appearance on the Out of Character podcast.
“I don’t know if we’ll ever bury the hatchet. We bumped into each other at WrestleMania 39, actually, and it doesn’t feel right. I don’t know. It doesn’t feel right. But I feel like it’s not over. I feel like even though you know, I’ve obviously turned the page and I’ve gone into a new chapter of my career here. As you said, I’ve reached even higher highs than before. I still feel like this thing with Johnny Knoxville is not quite over, and it feels like there’s somewhere to go with that.”
