Gallus is back with a vengeance.
At the end of the May 14 episode of WWE NXT, the cameras cut backstage to show Wes Lee, Ivar, and Josh Briggs laid out backstage. Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang) were revealed as the attackers. They angrily said that they couldn’t be stopped, and this was just the start.
The appearance marked Gallus’ first time on NXT TV in months, as they have been absent since February. They have not competed on NXT TV since Ridge Holland beat them in a gauntlet match via disqualification on the February 13 episode. They have since wrestled at WWE live events and some Main Event tapings.
Mark Coffey is a former NXT Heritage Cup Champion. He and Wolfgang have held both the NXT UK and NXT Tag Team Championship.
Gallus helped The Rock train for his return to the ring at WrestleMania 40. More information is available here.
