Kiana James was drafted to WWE RAW earlier this month, and made her first official appearance on the program tonight.
During Monday’s episode, James appeared briefly in a backstage video alongside the WWE World Tag Team Champions The Miz and R-Truth. She was introduced to the pair and said that she was excited to begin working with WWE RAW GM Adam Pearce and learn from him.
James ended her brief appearance by saying that she wouldn’t hesitate to ask Pearce for any help, as she never hesitates, she only “adjuticates.”
At the time of being drafted, James said that it meant the world to her and she was filled with gratitude. James said she was proud of everything she had done in NXT, and she was proud to show the world why she was the “one percent.”
As of this writing, James’ last televised NXT match was on the April 9 episode. There, she and Izzi Dame beat Fallon Henley and Kelani Jordan.
