Matt Hardy Believes Potential Role In Bray Wyatt-Inspired WWE Stable Is ‘Intriguing’

Matt Hardy addresses an interesting possibility.

Through a trail of QR codes and hidden messages, WWE has reportedly begun planting seeds for a new Bray Wyatt-themed faction. This faction will reportedly feature the likes of Bo Dallas (as Uncle Howdy), Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, and Erick Rowan. Given his connection to the late Bray Wyatt, free agent Matt Hardy was recently asked if he’d be willing to join the new group as well. In response, Hardy indicated that he remains strongly interested in the possibility.

“Yeah, I think me kind of being a manager slash mouthpiece slash bedlam starter as Broken Matt, I think that would be intriguing,” Hardy said on The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, “I would be up for doing it, just for the cool vignettes and the cool stuff they would do. That world and that universe, I’m all about it.”

“I’m the guy who loved doing Broken Matt in TNA. That was the most fun I’ve ever had that year of my career. So yeah, I would obviously be up for doing it. I think if I was a manager or mouthpiece or whatever and just interacted occasionally time to time, do whatever, yeah, I would totally be cool with a role like that.  “

Hardy, of course, is no stranger to Bray Wyatt-related happenings, as the two teamed in WWE throughout 2018. Together known as The Deleters of Worlds,Hardy and Wyatt claimed one reign as WWE Raw Tag Team Champions.
