According to a new report, Dominik Mysterio won’t be out of action as long as first thought.
On the April 22 episode of WWE RAW, Dominik Mysterio appeared in a sling and said that he was banged up. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that he was injured. Dominik later shot down a report that stated that he would be having surgery.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Dominik Mysterio expects to be back in “six to eight weeks”. Meltzer wrote that Dominik would avoid surgery and instead treat the injury with physical therapy. The injury occurred during Mysterio’s match against Andrade on the April 15 episode of WWE RAW. Dominik has continued to appear on TV despite the injury.
Dominik has been featured on WWE programming as a member of The Judgment Day alongside Damian Priest, Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley, and JD McDonagh. He is a former NXT North American Champion, among other accolades. Ripley also recently went down with an injury that will keep her out of action for a few months.
WrestleZone wishes Dominik well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
