Reigning NJPW World TV Champion Zack Sabre Jr. will make his first appearance in a Philippine wrestling ring for Dexcon’s DEKADA show.
Dexcon took to their official social media pages to break the news of Zack’s appearance. Their official podcast also confirmed Zack Sabre Jr. as the event’s main attraction.
Dexcon will be hosting the DEKADA show as a celebration of Philippine wrestling’s 10-year anniversary. As of the time of writing, Dexcon has not revealed Zack Sabre Jr.’s opponent for his Philippine wrestling debut. Though he is the only confirmed performer for the show, local Filipino wrestlers are expected to compete at the event for Philippine wrestling’s tenth year in the industry. Zack will also participate in a Meet and Greet session the day before his match to interact with the local Filipino wrestling community.
He is, however, not fully new to the Southeast Asian wrestling scene. Zack previously competed against Shivam for SETUP Thailand Pro Wrestling in Bangkok this past March. El Phantasmo was also at the show.
