Nyla Rose took to social media on Wednesday to respond to the Oklahoma Athletic Commission.
The report references a recent AEW event, in which Rose — who is transgender — faced Alejandra Lion. According to the report, having a transgender wrestler compete in the state is against OSAC rules, even if the state doesn’t ask about gender reassignment in their wrestling applications.
A motion by Dr. Larry Lovelace was made that would see All Elite Wrestling face consequences if it happened again, something that Rose quickly took to Twitter to joke about.
“Who the f-ck was it?! Don’t worry Oklahoma, I’ll find the dastardly Transgender that checks notes entertained fans,” said Rose in her tweet. “How dare they make people happy?!”
Rose is a former AEW Women’s Champion, and she has been with the company since 2019.
