Rocky Romero has a new role.
Prior to NJPW Windy City Riot on April 12, Rocky Romero appeared before the crowd inside the Wintrust Arena in Chicago. During his appearance, Romero announced that he has a new role in New Japan Pro-Wrestling as the Vice President of Show and Talent Coordination.
Romero also confirmed the news on his social media on Friday night.
Romero will focus on New Japan of America/NJPW STRONG and will continue to be a liaison between NJPW and other companies such as AEW. It was recently reported that Romero joined AEW’s front office, though details on that role have not been confirmed.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
